In-depth social media and online risk assessment, conducted as part of structured governance and compliance due diligence prior to selection or appointment.
Verify is an in-depth social media and online risk assessment conducted as part of structured governance and compliance due diligence prior to selection or appointment. Commissioned by a party group, selection panel, or individual candidate, Integri reviews the subject's publicly accessible digital footprint against the Nolan Principles, the LGA Model Code of Conduct, the Equality Act 2010, and Integri's proprietary governance-risk framework. The output is a structured advisory report classifying findings by severity and delivering an overall assessment conclusion.
All Verify assessments are conducted in accordance with Integri's documented internal assessment methodology, which incorporates defined evidential standards, a severity classification system, a defamation safe-language protocol, and a ten-point pre-issue quality assurance checklist.
No findings at HIGH or MEDIUM level. The assessment has not identified matters warranting specific attention before a selection decision.
One or more MEDIUM findings present. These warrant consideration by the selection panel or discussion with the candidate before a decision is made.
One or more HIGH findings present. These require specific attention and action before a selection decision proceeds.
Every finding is anchored to a specific framework element: the Nolan Principles; the LGA Model Code of Conduct 2020; the Equality Act 2010 protected characteristics; or Integri's proprietary risk pattern library. A finding without a framework reference is not included in the report.
The commissioning party submits a Verify Instruction Form confirming the subject, lookback period, platforms, and scope. A commission fee is agreed at this stage.
Integri conducts the assessment applying the framework, evidential standards, severity classifications, and defamation safe-language protocol throughout.
Every report passes a ten-point pre-issue checklist covering framework anchoring, accurate description, proportionality, recency weighting, consistency testing, and safe-language compliance.
The completed advisory report is delivered securely. Reports expire 30 days from the date of issue. The commissioning party retains sole responsibility for all decisions made following receipt.
Verify reports do not recommend selection, deselection, appointment, disciplinary action, or political suitability. They provide advisory risk assessments only. Verify outputs must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any selection, reputational, or disciplinary decision.
A party group, selection panel, or governance body commissions a Verify assessment regarding a named candidate prior to a selection decision.
An individual candidate commissions a self-audit Verify assessment to identify governance-risk indicators in their own publicly accessible digital profile before a selection process.
The three sample reports below demonstrate the full Verify output across all three assessment conclusions — CONCERN, REVIEW, and CLEAR.
All subjects in these sample reports — Sarah Mellor, James Carruthers, and Priya Okafor — are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real individuals is coincidental.
