Reputational due diligence is the independent, documented assessment of reputational risk before any consequential decision or engagement.
Every assessment works from material that is publicly or legitimately accessible. Integri does not bypass access controls, use covert methods, or access private, restricted or credential-protected sources.
The scope is agreed at commissioning rather than assumed, and the assessment is made as at a stated date. Where the client holds material relevant to the agreed scope, that material is treated as a starting point for research rather than as established fact. The work is carried out independently of the decision or engagement it informs, and the result is a documented report rather than an impression given in conversation. Findings and conclusions are tied to the evidence on which they rest.
An assessment is a point-in-time record. Across all three routes, a report should not be relied upon for a decision or engagement taken more than 90 days after issue without a further assessment.
Reputational due diligence provides structured, evidence-based information to support a consequential decision or engagement. Integri examines material within an agreed scope, reports what the evidence supports, identifies material contradictions or concerns, and records what remains unresolved, together with the sources on which those findings rest.
The assessment strengthens the information available to the client or decision-maker, who then applies the judgement appropriate to the appointment, selection decision or prospective engagement.
Integri is politically neutral. Its methodologies, standards and assessment processes are applied consistently regardless of political affiliation, organisational structure, ideology or elected office. Integri does not endorse political parties, candidates or public policy positions.
There are three routes within the category. Which one applies depends on who is commissioning the assessment and the decision or engagement it is intended to inform.
Before an appointment or selection decision. Commissioned by an organisation with a selection, governance or oversight responsibility in respect of the person assessed.

An Integri assessment informs a decision or engagement subsequently taken forward by the client. It does not discharge the client's own responsibility, or that of any appointing body, for the final decision.

Integri does not provide legal advice or representation, exercise statutory powers, certify compliance, determine suitability or fitness for any role, make appointment, selection, disciplinary or removal decisions, or guarantee any particular outcome. Clients and commissioning organisations retain sole responsibility for their own due diligence, human judgement and final decisions.
