Verify, Pre-Engagement Due Diligence and Induct are commissioned by organisations. The Public Profile Readiness Review is the individual route: it is commissioned by the person being assessed, in their own name and for their own use, and Integri does not accept it on any other basis.

A Pre-Engagement Due Diligence enquiry is a conversation about whether the service fits your situation. No research is undertaken and no assessment begins. Scope, subjects and material are agreed afterwards. If the enquiry progresses, Integri will provide the appropriate route for any information needed for scoping or assessment. Sending counterparty details by email at this stage is not necessary and is not the route we use.

Clients and commissioning organisations retain sole responsibility for their own due diligence, human judgement and final decisions. No Integri output must be relied upon as the sole basis for a governance, publication, appointment, selection, engagement, disciplinary, removal or legal decision.
