AI-assisted pre-publication compliance monitoring, audit trails, and governance-support infrastructure — delivered as a recurring subscription platform for elected officials and party groups.
Sustain provides AI-assisted pre-publication screening of social media content submitted by elected officials before it is published. A user submits a draft post to the Sustain platform. The platform processes the submission through Integri's governance-risk screening engine and returns an advisory risk assessment. The user retains full authority over publication decisions at all times.
Low governance-risk. No significant concerns identified at the current sensitivity tier.
Medium governance-risk. The submission warrants consideration before publication.
Specific elements present reputational or standards risk. Revision is recommended before publication.
HIGH governance-risk. The submission engages a significant framework concern. Publication is not recommended.
Sustain outputs are advisory risk assessments only. No screening result constitutes a guarantee of compliance or a legal determination. The user retains sole responsibility for all publication decisions.
Sustain operates through three sensitivity tiers. Party group administrators may establish a minimum sensitivity floor for all group members.
Appropriate for experienced elected officials. Flags clear compliance concerns while permitting robust political communication.
Appropriate for newly elected officials or those in high-scrutiny environments. Applies heightened sensitivity to reputational and standards risks.
Appropriate where the highest level of governance caution is required. Low tolerance for ambiguity.
Sustain audit data is pseudonymised at the point of creation. Every submission is logged against a pseudonymised identifier — not a name or personal detail. The key linking pseudonymised IDs to real individuals is held separately under strict access controls and is never stored alongside the audit data. A breach of the audit system would yield pseudonymised records with no usable personal identifiers.
Party group administrators have access to aggregated compliance metadata but do not receive access to the content of individual screened submissions. This limit is enforced at the system level. Individual post content remains private to the individual user.
All Sustain outputs are advisory risk assessments only. No screening result constitutes a guarantee of compliance, a legal determination, or a certification that published content is lawful or appropriate. The user retains sole responsibility for all publication decisions.
